Occupational Therapist - Acute Care OT

• 100% Acute Care: Treat a diverse patient population including Ortho, Stroke, TBI, ICU, Trauma, and Post-Surgical patients
• Collaborate with a team of PT: 5, OT: 2, SLP: 2

About the Position

• Full-Time Acute Care PT role
• Average patient load: 10 patients/day
• Treatment/Evaluation time: 30 minutes per patient
• Schedule options: 5/8's, 4/10's, or 3/12's
• Weekend rotation: 1 in 4
• Productivity target: 55-60%

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Open to New Graduates and Experienced Therapists
• Strong clinical reasoning and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills
• Servant-leader mindset
