Senior Occupancy Planner

A company is looking for a Senior Occupancy Planner to lead a team and manage occupancy planning services.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team, setting expectations and providing coaching for high performance

Act as the primary relationship manager for clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention

Direct the planning and execution of space management projects, including relocations and renovations

Required Qualifications

Experience in managing projects of varied scope and complexity

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Autodesk AutoCAD software applications

Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop conclusions and recommendations

Working knowledge of CAFM software and space management systems

Experience in preparing operational presentations and reports
