Schedule : Friday - Saturday

  • Hours per Week : 10-15 hours

Job Summary

Elk Head Clothing at Ponce City Market is seeking a motivated and reliable Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to help customers find the perfect fit with our curated collection of high-end, organic clothing and provide exceptional customer service in a boutique-style retail setting.

Job Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement : Provide personalized, high-touch service to customers, ensuring they have a memorable shopping experience.
  • Styling Support : Help customers select the perfect pieces from our collection of premium, sustainable fabrics and offer style advice to create complete outfits.
  • Team Collaboration : Work closely with your team to create a welcoming and positive environment, assisting with daily store operations and ensuring smooth sales floor operations.
  • Product Knowledge : Maintain a strong understanding of the products we sell, and stay up-to-date on the latest collections and fabric details to provide knowledgeable recommendations to customers.
  • Sales Support : Assist with achieving sales targets by creating meaningful interactions that inspire customers to make purchases.
  • Store Maintenance : Help maintain the store’s visual standards, ensuring merchandise is well-stocked, organized, and presented beautifully.

  • Technologically Savvy : Are comfortable using retail systems and technology to support sales and store operations.
