We are looking for a Principal Technical Product Manager for Magic : The Gathering Arena's Forge teams.

This is an on-site role at our office in Renton WA.

You'll Do :

• Serve as the Principal Technical Product Manager for Magic : The Gathering Arena's Forge teams, the engineering groups responsible for build and release pipelines, live environment management, and the autoscaling backend infrastructure that powers Arena.
• Serve as the Product Owner to partner with engineering leadership to define and execute the roadmap for Arena's developer experience, delivery systems, and backend reliability.
• Translate internal customer needs into clear, actionable technical requirements that enhance scalability, stability, and developer velocity.
• Understand strategic business and product objectives to guide planning, prioritization, and management of technical projects and features, balancing short-term needs with long-term goals.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, QA, production, and platform partners to align Forge initiatives with Arena's broader technology and product objectives.
• Define success metrics and measure performance across build times, release reliability, and backend uptime.
• Champion best practices in automation, observability, and continuous integration / deployment.
• Communicate technical roadmaps, landmarks, trade-offs, risks, and mitigations effectively across technical and non-technical audiences, including leadership groups and functional teams.

The base salary range for this position is $154,400.00 to $248,600.00. The hiring range will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, location, and market conditions. Additionally, employees may be eligible for annual and long-term incentives as part of their overall compensation package.
