ABOUT THE ORGANIZATION
Established in 1970, Boley Centers, Inc. is a private, non-profit organization serving individuals with mental disabilities, individuals and families who are homeless, Veterans and youth in Pinellas County. Boley Centers has an opportunity for an experienced Vice-President of Quality & Risk Management whose responsibilities will include the development, implementation and ongoing revisions to the Agency's Quality & Performance Improvement Program including systems, reporting and processes as well as the CARF accreditation process.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
The Vice President of Quality & Risk Management serves as a senior executive leader responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, accreditation readiness, enterprise risk mitigation, and performance excellence at the corporate level and across Boley Centers’ federally, state, and locally funded programs. This includes HUD, SAMHSA, Medicaid, Veterans Administration, Department of Labor, DCF/Managing Entity (CFBHN), AHCA and local government contracts. The VP promotes a culture of continuous quality improvement, safety, funding integrity, and cross-departmental accountability.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business Administration, Health Information Management, Risk Management, or related field from an accredited institution.
Minimum 7–10 years of progressive leadership experience in Quality Improvement, Risk Management, Compliance, or Performance Management within behavioral health, supportive housing, healthcare, or other regulated environments. Experience working within multi-funder regulatory frameworks strongly preferred. Supervisory experience required.
Comprehensive understanding of complex regulatory environments and risk mitigation principles. Strong analytical skills with ability to identify trends, monitor variances, and support corrective action implementation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
Preferred Certifications: CPHQ, CPHRM, CPPS, Lean or Six Sigma certification.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
Must pass a Level 2 background check.
