Virginia Licensed Mental Health Therapist

A company is looking for a Licensed Mental Health Therapist with Pediatric Experience for a full-time telehealth position in Virginia.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct thorough intake assessments for children, teens, and families, developing diagnostic impressions using DSM-5 criteria

Deliver structured therapeutic interventions and modify treatment approaches based on ongoing evaluations

Participate in case consultations and maintain consistent communication with the interdisciplinary team regarding members' progress

Qualifications

Master's degree from a clinical track (e.g., MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC)

Unrestricted LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMHC, or equivalent license without disciplinary action

Experience with evidence-based techniques, including CBT, DBT, ACT, MI, PMT, & EMDR

Experience with pediatric trauma work is required

Availability to work evening hours and potential Saturdays
