HIRING NOW : Audit / Assurance Senior Manager

Location : Torrance, CA - (Hybrid)

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Audit / Assurance Senior Manager to lead audit and assurance engagements for a diverse portfolio of clients. This role offers a hybrid work model, combining remote flexibility with in-office collaboration at our Torrance office location. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with strong technical expertise, a passion for client service, and the ability to manage multiple engagements efficiently.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage audit and assurance engagements for clients across various industries, ensuring high-quality service and timely delivery.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of audits, reviews, and compilations in compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor and identifying opportunities to add value.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop staff and managers, providing coaching and feedback to support their professional growth.
• Collaborate with partners to drive business development efforts, contributing to the growth of the assurance practice.
• Monitor emerging industry trends and updates to accounting and auditing standards, ensuring the firm’s services remain compliant and innovative.
