Senior Full Stack Web Developer Job at Westell Technologies in Aurora

SUMMARY : As a Senior Full Stack Web Developer, you will design and develop web platforms that power our IoT product ecosystem. You'll drive technical decisions for scalable, high-performance applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences. This role combines hands-on development with technical leadership, requiring expertise in modern full-stack technologies and cloud infrastructure to support our growing IoT solutions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

Develop scalable full-stack web applications using PERN stack or similar technologies

Design responsive user interfaces and maintain RESTful APIs for seamless integration

Build containerized applications and deploy on AWS or similar cloud platforms

Write comprehensive tests and collaborate with cross-functional teams on quality assurance

Conduct code reviews and assess architectural impact for stakeholders

Provide technical leadership in design meetings and mentor junior developers

Maintain documentation for systems, APIs, and development processes

QUALIFICATIONS : To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and / or ability required.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience

7+ years of full-stack web development experience with some architecture responsibilities

Experience with RESTful API design, Docker containerization, and AWS deployment or similar

Proficiency with modern UI frameworks, responsive design, and database optimization

Experience with Git workflows, CI / CD pipelines, and agile development practices
