A company is looking for a Support Services Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Process a high volume of incoming customer inquiries through various communication channels
Resolve inquiries related to login, billing, technical issues, and other customer concerns
Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the Customer Relationship Management system
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma and at least 1 year of customer-facing work experience
Ability to understand a variety of technologies and platforms
Must be self-motivated and demonstrate initiative
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
