Asset Manager - Hospitality
This position is with a respected Texas development company specializing in the hospitality sector. The company is committed to delivering operational excellence and maximizing the value of its property portfolio.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee financial performance and reporting for both hotel and multifamily assets.
- Act as liaison with hotel operators and ensure alignment with brand standards and ownership goals.
- Support lease-up strategy, marketing effectiveness, and operational troubleshooting for multifamily units.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and site inspections.
- Guide budgeting, forecasting, and capital planning across both asset types.
- Prepare assets for disposition and support investor / lender reporting.
