Health Advocate

A company is looking for a Health Advocate for inbound and outbound calls on the Healthy Outcomes Team, working from home.

Key Responsibilities

Make inbound and outbound calls to members and providers to facilitate healthcare services

Assist members in overcoming barriers to good health

Educate members on health decisions and document interactions accurately

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or G.E.D

High computer literacy and proficiency with Windows and web-based applications

Reliable high-speed internet connection and suitable remote workspace

Experience in call center or outreach roles involving members / consumers preferred

Bilingual or multilingual candidates are heavily preferred
