As a Telecommunications Analyst you will help ensure today is safe and tomorrow is smarter. Our work depends on Telecommunications Analyst joining our team to provide unified communication services to our FAA customer.

HOW A TELECOMMUNICATIONS ANALYST WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

• Analyzes, maintains, and modifies telecommunications and video systems to meet operational standards.
• Monitors the operations of telecommunications and video systems and services of vendors.
• Conducts studies regarding telecommunication systems usage and recommends changes as appropriate.
• Plans, coordinates and performs all moves and installation of telecommunications equipment.
• Tests, adjusts, and troubleshoots complex hardware equipment as necessary.
• Maintains records and prepares complex reports relevant to the operation of the telecommunications and video systems.
• Provides end-user training of telecommunications and video features and functionality.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

Education: Technical Training, Certification(s) or Degree: Degree in IT related field desirable (but not required).

Required Technical Skills: Telecommunications and video experience with AVAYA and ZOOM platforms. Alcatel phone system experience, IP based telephony, PBX platforms, Digital Voice Platforms.

Security Clearance Level: Agency specific - Public Trust (minimum)

Required Skills and Abilities: Communication and problem solving. After hours call out - support.

Preferred Skills: Voice and Video technologies
