Cold Concepts Air Conditioning is Hiring Installation Sub-Contractors

Cold Concepts Refrigeration And Air Conditioning Corp. Is looking for reliable and well experienced installation sub contractors in South Florida.

Pay per job/ project every 2 weeks after completion. All materials and equipment for jobs are furnished by Cold Concepts. So no need to worry about material costs, only Labor/manpower

Requirements:

Must have an active service company with the state of Florida

Must have a bank account for the business with the same name as your Florida incorporated business

Must have Certificate of Liability with Cold Concepts as additional insured that includes General Liability 1,000,000, Commercial Auto insurance and Workers Comp Insurance or Workers Compensation Exemption Certificate

Must Have own Vehicle, Tools, Recovery Equipment, Ladders, and Extension ladders min 24ft, and brazing kit.

Must Have experience with both split and Rtu systems. Refrigeration experience is a plus.

Bilingual English and Spanish preferred. English not required but is a plus.

Must have a clean background, Driving record and no issues with immigration status.

This for piece work but work will be consistent. Also be open to travel for some projects as we do work in Naples, Fort Myers, Tampa and Orlando Areas as well.
