Description - Your Role Awaits

• Conduct both routine and complex clinical laboratory tests in areas such as chemistry, hematology, and immunology while strictly adhering to established protocols.
• Evaluate test results for precision, resolve discrepancies, and perform routine maintenance and calibration of laboratory instruments.
• Assist in specimen collection and prepare samples for analysis when necessary.
• Meticulously document all procedures, train new personnel or students, and contribute to maintaining high lab quality standards.
• Ensure a safe and hygienic workspace while complying with all regulatory and accreditation specifications.

Education

• A bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a comparable allied health degree, along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be obtained within one year of employment.
• Ongoing maintenance of certification throughout your career is required.
