Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a PICU setting. Previous charge experience is preferred. Experience with the EPIC documentation system is required. Travel experience is preferred. Candidates will be required to float to NICU and CTICU as necessary. The majority of patients are between birth and 2 years, with some up to 21 years old. Must be able to work in accordance with pre-approved time-off policies. The role involves managing and providing care for critically ill pediatric patients. Key skills include administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing advanced nursing procedures.
