A company is looking for an EHR Clinical Solutions Analyst (Epic Real-Time Eligibility (RTE)) to manage complex software applications and enhance clinical systems.
Key Responsibilities
Independently solve complex technical issues and mentor other technical staff
Prepare detailed specifications for clinical solutions and manage project-related duties
Consult with customers to analyze and resolve application issues and improve clinical application functionality
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Five years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience in clinical applications analysis and programming of complex systems
Knowledge of system adoption strategies and clinical workflows
Preferred : Real-Time Eligibility (RTE) Certification or accreditation
