Customer Support Representative

A company is looking for a Customer Support Representative for a hybrid contract position.

Key Responsibilities

Provide first line support to Outfitters via CRM and phone, ensuring timely responses to inquiries

Facilitate member reservations and support member bookings while maintaining accurate data

Assist internal teams with data entry and other ad-hoc projects as needed

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred

Customer service experience required

Availability to work nights and weekends as scheduled

Ability to understand and follow process flows while seeking improvements

High performer with initiative and ability to build rapport with customers and team members
