WHAT YOULL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IN THIS ROLE

The Sanitation Lead will oversee the manual process of sanitizing of production plants with a focus on food contact surfaces. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to will be responsible for several different plants and production areas and supervise employees to ensure completion of areas. Lead will oversee the chemical application in assigned areas and ensure its removal maintain a variety of routine records and audit records completed by team employees.
