• 12-hour shifts mix of 7 am - 7 pm and 7 pm - 7 am coverage
• 10 - 15 outpatients and 1 - 2 inpatients daily
• Pediatric hospital inpatient coverage
• Independent provider role no supervision required
• Call schedule transitioning to 1 : 4 ratio
• Required skills include lumbar puncture, central line and arterial line management
• Non-invasive ventilation management and minor laceration repair
• BLS and PALS certification required
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
• We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
• We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
• Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
