In this role, youll be the central point for coordinating equipment movement, managing inventory, and ensuring operational efficiency across multiple locations. / ph3Key Responsibilities / h3ulliIdentify and mobilize underutilized assets throughout the region / liliMonitor expendable supply stocks across all locations / liliImplement hub spoke distribution systems for efficient inventory management / liliCoordinate equipment movements to maximize utilization and revenue / liliCoordinate with Houston headquarters on capital equipment purchases / liliManage key product purchase agreements to leverage company-wide buying power / liliServe as the regional focal point for equipment searches to avoid unnecessary purchases / liliEstablish central stock points with streamlined replenishment processes / liliUphold the highest standards of corporate governance and compliance / liliPrioritize Quality, Health Safety, Security and Environmental protection / liliAdhere to Weatherfords Quality Systems and safety protocols / li / ulh3Qualifications / h3ulli3-4+ years operational experience with 3-5 years coordinator experience / liliHigh School Diploma required (Associates degree preferred) / liliStrong knowledge of Weatherfords service equipment and business operations / liliExcellent communication skills and diplomatic customer service abilities / liliProven ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders / li / ulpThis position may require up to 10% domestic and international travel. / p / div
