Kingland Construction Services is seeking a dedicated and proactive Remote Live Support Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the frontline connection between our company and our valued clients, providing real-time assistance and ensuring seamless communication. This position offers the opportunity to play a vital part in enhancing customer satisfaction and supporting our operational success—all from the comfort of your own home.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to live chat, email, and phone inquiries from clients, providing accurate information and solutions.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous tone while addressing customer needs.
  • Document customer interactions thoroughly and update relevant systems with detailed notes.
  • Identify recurring issues and communicate trends to management for process enhancements.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality support delivery.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current with company offerings and support tools.

Qualifications & Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Comfortable using digital communication platforms, CRM software, and basic troubleshooting tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
