[job_card.job_description]Safety & Quality : Prioritize safety and quality throughout the installation process. Professional : Provide clear respectful communication with customers and other trades always representing FBS positively throughout the process. This includes demeanor attire and attitude. Standards : Proficiently execute installation of materials provided by job documents specs and instructions utilizing required equipment properly and safely avoiding damage to cabinets appliances and material. Performing minor adjustments or repairs when necessary. Job fulfillment : Verify job is complete all material is accounted for including sinks support brackets and protectant at time of loading prior to leaving the facility. Reports & Documentation : complete all job documents photos and reports accurately and according to the sop. Accuracy : Ensure countertops fit precisely and are securely anchored utilizing the proper adhesives sealants caulk and brackets. Performing minor adjustments or repairs when necessar Jobsite Respect : Keep tooling and materials organized and stored safely. Cleanup all debris and packaging throughout the workday leaving the site neat safe and ready for continual work efficiently. Communication : Effectively and clearly report any jobsite issues installation delays restrictions creating incomplete installation to pm and department manager in a timely manner. Tooling & Environmental Maintenance : Safely operate and maintain hand tools power tools lifting equipment and work vehicles / trailers. Ensure tools supplies and inventory are well cared for and organized Collaborate : Work with other crew members or subcontractors actively communicating and addressing discrepancies special conditions and concerns that may impact job installation Feedback : Solicit and accept feedback from peers other department leaders and management. This includes processes such as template and manufacturing. Problem Solve : Demonstrate the ability to solve problems with minimal supervision and exhibit good judgment with decision making skills. Positive Attitude : Maintain a positive attitude contributing to a positive work environment Attention to Detail : Pay great attention to detail in all aspects of the job. Goal Setting : EUectively set and achieve goals demonstrating a proactive and goal-oriented mindset. Strategic Thinking : Analyze situations thoroughly develop clear and eUective plans and identify innovative solutions while proactively foreseeing future challenges and opportunities. Adaptability : Acceptance to modify planned daily schedules for unplanned urgencies. Team Player : Perform other duties as assigned contributing to all areas as needed. Experience : Stone fabrication / manufacturing processes and tooling cabinetry Quality Control : Thorough and dedicated to clean accurate and high standard completed finished product Software Proficiency : Digital templating software (LPI Raptor ect) Equipment : Understanding techniques for properly and safely using tooling (grinders routers jigsaws circular saws caulking guns) Understanding : Ability to read and interpret blueprints plans material label identifiers Problem Solving Skills : Demonstrate ability to solve problems with minimal supervision Tooling : Proficient in reading a tape measure File Management : Ability to documents and jobsite photos organized and placed efficiently. Correspondence : Aptitude to clearly and effectively communicate within other areas of the process. (programmer shop foreman sales and project managers) Work Habits : Self-motivated consistent reliable dependable. Versatility : Open to continuous improvements techniques tooling equipment and products License : Valid current Drivers license with clean driving record truck & trailer experience Customer Service : Communication demeanor attire and attitude representing Franklin Building Supply in a clear skilled and respectful manner. Physical Requirements : Ability to lift minimum of 75lbs Familiarity : 2 years working with natural and engineered stone materials Pressure Handling : Thrive under pressure and juggle multiple tasks with finesse Construction Background : background in residential and commercial new or remodel construction
