Talent Acquisition/Recruiter (Bilingual English/Spanish)
This role will support the full recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring teams. This position is responsible for coordinating interviews, maintaining recruitment schedules, and managing communication between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers/supervisors. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and builds an efficient and positive hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, recruiters and hiring managers/supervisors providing candidates information and timely updates for a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews to ensure a smooth process for both candidates and interviewers.
- Partner with managers/supervisors to understand the hiring criteria.
- Screen resumes and conducts initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Manage candidate pipelines, track progress and maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data and reports.
- Utilizes a variety of candidate sourcing technics including internal bulletin boards, social media platforms, referrals, community services organizations, job fairs, industry associations, local colleges and/or trade schools, and professional networks.
- Participate in community/campus events to attract talent.
- Run ad-hoc candidate/recruiting reports
- Support with onboarding preparation as needed.
Requirements:
- 2-3+ years’ experience recruiting/sourcing technical and non-technical talent.
- Experience with high volume recruiting in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with ATS platforms (ADP Workforce Now) preferred
