Key Responsibilities

Lead a high-performing development team and implement a multi-year fundraising strategy

Serve as a key member of the Executive Team, contributing to organization-wide strategy and decision-making

Required Qualifications

15-20 years of progressive leadership experience in fundraising strategies

10-15+ years of experience in U.S. philanthropic fundraising, with international experience preferred

Strong background in digital marketing campaigns and individual giving strategies

Experience cultivating high-net-worth individuals and familiarity with various philanthropic vehicles

Understanding of blended finance and earned income models to diversify revenue streams
