A company is looking for a Development Manager to oversee application support and maintenance while providing leadership to a team of developers.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day supervision of development team members and collaborate with cross-functional managers
Guide the team on design, development, security, and deployment of solutions and software systems
Facilitate performance management and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a technology-related field
10+ years of software development leadership experience
3+ years of people management experience in large complex organizations
Experience with various development methodologies including Agile and Waterfall
Strong working experience with Jira and application development on Java Spring framework
