Outreach Specialist

A company is looking for an Outreach Specialist to drive member engagement and enrollment in their program.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct high-volume outbound calls (100+ per day) to engage eligible members

Drive member activation and enrollment by articulating the value of services offered

Document conversations and manage follow-up activities to close enrollment opportunities

Required Qualifications

2+ years of sales experience required

Proven success in high-volume outbound calling

Experience with cold calling and proactive outreach

Comfort working toward individual performance targets

Strong persuasive and consultative communication skills
