Key Responsibilities
Expand client accounts by identifying and closing cross-sell opportunities
Manage client retention and contract renewals, ensuring high satisfaction and service adoption
Oversee service delivery and manage margins to meet operational efficiency and client expectations
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in customer-facing roles in technology companies
5+ years of experience selling technology services including software support and managed services
Experience in the Manufacturing, Wholesale, and Distribution industries
Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; Master's or MBA desirable
Proven track record of sales achievement and client account management
