Marketing Proposal Specialist

A company is looking for a Marketing Proposal Specialist to collaborate with the business development and operations team on client solicitations.

Key Responsibilities

Assist and lead proposals, coordinating content and production while providing conceptual leadership for document design

Facilitate color reviews and manage proposal revisions based on feedback from review teams

Participate in go / no-go analyses and ensure continuous improvement through internal debriefs and client feedback

Required Qualifications

BA / BS with 4 years of experience in a marketing team focused on proposal activity or equivalent education / experience

Understanding of proposal strategy development, compliance, and production

Experience producing submittals for RFQ / RFP documents

Preferred degree in Journalism, English, Communications, Marketing, or related field

Familiarity with InDesign software and the A / E industry is a plus
