Your Strategic Role and Responsibilities

As a key player in our team, you'll operate as a high-autonomy business unit, focusing on digital strategy and market growth :

  • Market Strategy & Penetration : Design and execute high-converting digital marketing strategies for client acquisition and market penetration .
  • Lead Generation & Funnel Optimization : Drive high-quality lead generation through tailored marketing placements (Google, LinkedIn, etc.), backed by comprehensive training.
  • Content & Brand Storytelling : Develop compelling content strategies that articulate our unique brand story and value proposition to attract high-caliber candidates and clients.
  • Team Empowerment : Foster a sense of team empowerment for others on the path to personal transformation, attracting talent who embody the change you champion.
  • Performance Accountability : Maintain clear responsibility for your business pipeline results, conversion metrics, and ROI .

    • Requirements

    Preferred Qualifications

  • ProvenMarketing Experience : Minimum 5 or more years of experience in Digital Marketing, Content Strategy, Performance Marketing, or Agency Leadership.
  • Strategic Acumen : Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing measurable client acquisition and lead generation strategies.
  • Exhibit professionalism with integrity and a desire to step up to lead.
  • Work autonomously, approaching challenges with a solution-focused mindset and demonstrating resourcefulness.
  • Possess an inventive spirit—We seek resourceful innovators who own their outcomes.
  • Embrace a growth mindset and maintain a perpetual curiosity.
  • Solid Communication skills and the ability to craft a compelling brand narrative.
