Position Summary

The Event Coordinator will focus on planning, and execution. This role involves working closely with clients to design and deliver exceptional events while ensuring every detail runs smoothly. From corporate team-building sessions to birthday parties and private events, you will be the go-to person for creating exceptional group experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Event Coordination

· Once event is booked, assist sales team in coordination of catering, confirmations, and answering basic questions.

· Serve as the primary point of contact for clients once deposit is taken, up until the day of their event.

· Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, marketing, and staff) to ensure seamless event execution.

Customer Service

· Provide outstanding customer service to all clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.

· Develop personalized solutions for each group to create a unique and memorable experience.

· Gather post-event feedback to improve processes and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

· Event Planning Skills: Proven track record of organizing and executing events, including strong attention to detail.

· Customer-Focused: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.

· Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, manage multiple events simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.

· Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and event management tools.

· Flexibility: Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays to accommodate event schedules.

· A background in hospitality, entertainment, or motorsports is a plus.
