A company is looking for a Client Service Manager to support retirement plan clients and advisors.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary contact for retirement small business clients and advisors
Strengthen client relationships and respond to inquiries regarding retirement plans
Monitor annual plan projects and maintain documentation within the CRM software
Required Qualifications
3+ years of retirement plan experience
Bachelor's degree preferred
ASPPA certification or willingness to pursue it
Solid computer skills including MS Office suite
Ability to manage multiple projects with minimal oversight
