Project Manager Paint / Home Services Industry (Bilingual : Spanish / English)

Were seeking a highly organized bilingual Project Manager to oversee day-to-day project operations with a heavy focus on scheduling coordination and material management.

Position Overview :

The Project Manager will serve as the central point of communication for project timelines manpower scheduling and material needs. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented proactive and able to communicate effectively with crews clients and vendors in both English and Spanish.

Key Responsibilities :

Build manage and adjust daily and weekly project schedules for multiple crews

Coordinate personnel assignments to ensure efficient use of labor

Clearly communicate schedule updates and changes to crews clients and management

Order all necessary materials tools and supplies for each job

Coordinate and schedule material deliveries to job sites

Track inventory verify deliveries and ensure crews have what they need to stay on schedule

Collaborate with internal teams contractors and clients to meet project goals

Monitor project progress proactively resolve scheduling or supply-chain issues

Conduct on-site visits as needed to ensure quality safety and timeline alignment

Maintain organized project documentation updates and reports

Qualifications :

Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)

2 years of project management scheduling or coordination experience; experience in the paint coatings or construction industry strongly preferred

Strong scheduling and organizational abilitiesable to manage multiple crews and shifting timelines

Excellent communication and leadership skills in both languages

Familiarity with ordering receiving and tracking construction / paint materials

Proficiency with project management or scheduling software

Valid drivers license and ability to travel to project sites as needed
