[job_card.job_description]1099 / Independent contractor arrangement for your convenience. Lucrative annual compensation. The patient population will include adults and adolescents with diverse psychiatric and substance-abuse issues. 10-12 admission H&Ps, daily consult care with follow-ups for patients in behavioral health, inpatient and outpatient treatment, and on-call hours. Medical management of routine illnesses as well as some specialty issues is in the scope of patient care under the physician. There is a full team of Psychiatrists on staff at the hospital for collaboration. MD / DO degree from an accredited program. Board Certification / Eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine. Licensed to practice in California or eligibility to obtain a CA medical license. Meets all credentialing criteria required by participating physicians.
