  • BC/BE in FM
  • Flexible scheduling
  • FQHC with HRSA Loan Repayment
  • Shifts can be 3-12, 4-10 or 5-8 day/hour shifts
  • No call
  • EMR is NextGen
  • j1 visa
  • Join 75 plus Physicians
  • Max 15-20 patients per day
  • 5k quarterly in bonuses and sign on bonus
  • Competitive salary plus bonuses, Malpractice, 401k with 4% match, full benefits, dental, vision, life, disability, accident, critical illness, FSA ,160 hours PTO, 4 weeks PTO, and 5 personal days
