Customer Service Representative for Commercial Property & Casualty Insurance Agency

RESPONSIBILITIES:Provide service to existing insurance policyholders related to updating policies or coverages.
Daily interaction with policyholders via email and phone.
Assist the producing agent with marketing new and renewal business.
Issuing certificates of insurance, invoicing, keep customer files and information up to date.
Answering phone as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Hold a Texas CSR license.
Prior CSR experience in a commercial property and casualty agency.
Experience with Vertifore System / AMS 360.

Will Also Consider:
* Prior commercial CSR or underwriting assistant with a general agency or carrier.
Computer skill and expertise.
Personal interaction with other insurance professionals.
Desire for a career in commercial insurance.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
