What You’ll Do

As the Receptionist, support Dyno Nobel by directly performing front desk, facilities and other administrative duties for the corporate office. Supporting all internal/external customers in a professional, safe, and efficient manner consistent with Dyno Nobel's mission, vision, and values. Other duties will include:

• Answer and direct phone calls.
• Assist incoming visitors and employees.
• Answer and manage e-mails and Teams messages.
• Generate, maintain and distribute updated phone, email and Teams lists and main company directory.
• Assign guest WIFI access.
• Issue, track and audit employee and visitor badges (security).
• Mail & Packages (USPS, DHL, FedEx, UPS).Create and purchase postage including cost allocation to appropriate cost center.Notify and deliver to employees.Prepare Department FedEx packages both domestic and international.Tracking of incoming and outgoing shipments, including cost center for cost allocation.
• Coordinate visitor office and conference room requests.
• Order office supplies, equipment and repair as needed. Maintain stockroom and department stations.
• Provide administrative support as needed
• Other functions as assigned
