A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring a Assembly Technician

Position Type: Full time (Contract to Hire)
Duration: 12months
Location: Clifton, NJ 07014 (Onsite/2nd Shift/12pm-8pm Mon-Fri)

As a Assembly Technician you will:

• Responsible for performing a wide variety of electronic or electro-mechanical assembly operations which may include skilled hand work or utilizing automated production equipment.
• Comprehends and interprets a variety of technical specifications, terms and documents.
• Determines and/or follows methods and sequence of operations in performing wiring, component installation, hand soldering and cable harnessing on assembly units.
• Makes setups and adjustments holding tolerances to blueprint specifications.

Nice-To- Haves:

• IPC 610 and or J-STD experience or certification could be helpful
• Cable harness assembly experience

Education & Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with 2 years of prior related experience

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $27-$30 per hour.

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
