Product Or Technical Program Manager

Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product. You will be leading customer and product contracting and operational efforts from within this group. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical / business skills in this area of specialization. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. This role requires product management expertise, leadership skills, and strong business judgment.

We are specifically looking for an experienced and customer-centric product or technical program manager to join the OCI team that will be responsible for :

• Business Development : Support sales efforts in defining custom product deliverables and contracts.
• Contractual Compliance : Proactively monitor and audit OCI usage to ensure full compliance with all contractual terms, licensing agreements, and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Risk Management : Identify potential contractual risks related to cloud usage and work with the legal and finance teams to mitigate them.
• Documentation : Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of requirements and delivery of product initiatives as it relates to custom contracts

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only US : Hiring Range in USD from : $78,000 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity. 8. Paid time off : Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
