As a Front Desk Security Officer with Allied Universal at a leading manufacturing and industrial location, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and employees. Your role involves monitoring entry points, verifying credentials, and providing exceptional customer service while helping to deter security-related incidents. Pay Rate : $19.25 / Hour

Job Schedule : Day

Time : Fri 06 : 00 AM - 04 : 00 PM

What You'll Do

  • Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk.
  • Monitor access to the location by verifying credentials and maintaining visitor logs as required.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
  • Communicate with site personnel and / or emergency responders as needed during emergency response activities.
  • Assist with the implementation of security-related measures to help to deter unauthorized access or suspicious activity at the location.
  • Maintain a professional presence while handling inquiries and providing information to guests and employees.
  • Document observations and incidents in detailed reports as required by Allied Universal and site policies.

    • Minimum Requirements

  • Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
