[job_card.job_description]Order OEM and aftermarket parts in line with repair orders, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timeliness. Receive and inspect deliveries, verifying correctness and documenting discrepancies. Stage, label, and distribute parts to technicians in accordance with the production schedule. Manage supplemental part orders through CCC One and track vendor performance. Maintain accurate invoice and credit memo records, ensuring discounts are applied and margins are protected. Reconcile daily vendor reports, monitor price changes (PPI), and communicate updates to the team. Organize and maintain the parts department, keeping storage clean, efficient, and safe. Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to guarantee reliable supply. High school diploma or equivalent required. 1–3+ years of experience in automotive or collision parts coordination (preferred). Familiarity with management systems such as CCC One, Summit, or Repair Centre. Working knowledge of Mitchell, Audatex, and parts sourcing platforms (Car-Part, Progi, APU, LKQ B2B) preferred. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive under pressure. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Physical ability to bend, crouch, lift 50+ lbs., and work in a busy shop environment. Customer-service orientation with a proactive, problem-solving mindset. I-CAR Registered or willingness to work toward Gold Class certification. Effectively manage a fast-paced environment, demonstrating multi-tasking ability while working under pressure Working knowledge of vehicle repairs practices Management Information System : Summit, Repair Centre Working Knowledge of : Mitchell, Audatex Parts sourcing : Car-part, Progi, APU, LKQ B2B Solid problem-solving abilities Above average computer proficiency Above average organizational skills Ability to keep up and succeed in a fast-paced working environment Ability to work well with others and achieve common goals Other Duties as assigned Frequently required to bend, crouch, reach, handle tools Lift in excess of 50 lbs. of materials
