South Carolina Licensed Telehealth RN

A company is looking for a Telehealth RN- Virtual Specialty.

Key Responsibilities

Provide nursing care using the nursing process and collaborate with multidisciplinary team members

Coordinate pre-visit, during visit, and post-visit care planning for patients and providers

Process patient referrals and manage care plan-related needs as requested

Required Qualifications

Bachelor of Nursing degree preferred; RN with an Associate or Diploma must enroll in a BSN program within two years

A minimum of one year of work experience as a registered nurse is required

Licensure as a registered nurse by the South Carolina Board of Nursing or a compact state

Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or equivalent is required
