Business Development Coordinator

We are currently seeking a Business Development Coordinator to join our team at Rosen Nissan in Madison. If you value teamwork, customer-focused service, and growth within a supportive environment, we’d love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for growth and new business
• Proactively contact and engage prospective clients through outbound sales efforts
• Research industry trends and market conditions to uncover new business opportunities
• Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to meet sales targets, revenue goals, and profitability benchmarks
• Maintain a strong understanding of company products, services, market position, and competitors to remain competitive
• Respond promptly to phone calls and emails in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment

Skills & Qualifications

• Approximately two years of proven sales experience in business or a related industry
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to set priorities and meet goals
• Ability to follow instructions while working independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and can-do mindset
• Customer-focused team player committed to delivering exceptional service
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident, outgoing, and professional demeanor
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and clean driving record
• Willingness to submit to a pre-employment drug screen and background check
