  • Colonoscopy : biopsy, excision of polyp
  • Trauma Level : III
  • Other Info :
  • Provider will responsible for communicating biopsy results for all procedures to the patient directly or routed through the designated clinic MA.
  • EMR : Epic
  • Temporary Privileges available : Yes
  • Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered

  • BC / BE
