Position :   Experienced   Q uality Control Lead - 2nd Shift

This is a great opportunity for a skilled Quality Control Inspector to be part of a team that values craftsmanship, accountability, and innovation.

Compensation Range for Experienced 2nd Shift :   $30 / hr.-$36 / hr. D.O.E

Quality Control Lead Benefits :

Quality Control Lead 2nd Shift Responsibilities & Requirements :

  • 3+ years experience in quality control in a  medical, aerospace, or high-precision   manufacturing  environment
  • Experience working with very small precision parts and tight tolerances
  • Perform dimensional and visual inspections using tools such as micrometers, calipers, and height gauges
  • Strong documentation skills to track and record inspection data
  • Ability to interpret inspection plans, technical drawings, and blueprint schematics
  • Working knowledge of GD&T principles
  • Daily use of precision measuring instruments for high-tolerance parts
  • Execute defined inspection plans and quality protocols
  • Thrive in a high-demand, deadline-driven environment

    • Quality Control Lead – Preferred Background & Skills :

  • CMM experience highly preferred
  • Metallurgy knowledge : Understanding of metal properties, processing, and behavior under different conditions
  • Comfortable working with diverse personalities in a high-performance team
