A company is looking for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) - Embedded Power.

Key Responsibilities

Define a long-range technical roadmap for power conversion solutions in the data center and high-performance computing markets

Collaborate with engineering teams to design future power architectures and transition innovative concepts into product requirements

Establish partnerships with external vendors and academic institutions to drive custom solutions and recruit top engineering talent

Required Qualifications

Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, or related field; PhD preferred

15+ years of experience in power electronics, including 7+ years in a senior technical leadership role

Deep knowledge of AC-DC and DC-DC power conversion topologies

Proven track record of creating multi-year technology roadmaps for successful commercial products

Ability to visualize industry trends and work backward to create actionable plans
