In this vital role, you’ll ensure our patients have a seamless and positive experience from the moment they walk in the door. You’ll work alongside a collaborative team in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment where your contributions truly make a difference.

What You’ll Do:

• Warmly welcome and assist patients, ensuring an exceptional front-desk experience
• Manage phone calls, emails, and appointment scheduling with efficiency and care
• Support the clinical team by keeping patient flow smooth and organized
• Maintain accuracy and professionalism in all administrative duties

What We’re Looking For:

• Dental front desk experience required (Oral Surgery experience a big plus!)
• Outstanding communication and people skills
• Proficiency in dental practice management software and computer systems
• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities

Schedule:

Monday–Friday | 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Requirements

Previous experience working as a DENTAL Front Desk IS REQUIRED, in Oral Surgery is a big plus

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in dental practice management software and computer systems

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Salary: $27.00 - $35.00 per hour based on experience
