Automotive Service Technician Apprentice Program

Requirements to be accepted into our apprentice program :

• Coachable
• Team Oriented
• Highly posotive and upobeat outlook on life
• Can do attitude

• Must Pass Background and Drug Screen
• Must have valid driver’s license and pass motor vehicle record test
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Passion for automotve mechanical and computerized service technician as a career
• Attention to detail
• Organization and follow-up skills
• Valid in-state driver’s license and have and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record

Automotive Service Technician Apprentice Job Description

An automotive service technician apprentice will shadow and follow all of the commands willingly given by the mentoring & coach technician.  Youn will conduct yourslef in such a manner and be proffesional at all times as if you are a skilled-level technician.

You will be required to learn in fullness with competency and perform diagnoses and repairs in all areas.

Personal Accountability

Who Would I Interact With?

This position interacts daily with your coach and mentor, other Technicians.

You will be introduced to members of the team as you develop your skills sets that work in Parts and with our customer facing Service Advisors.  You will observe and take notes when a valued customer is present and speaking with the Senior Technician.

You will from time to time observe and listen as Sales Associates, Sales Managers, Directors and the General Manager have conversations with the Senior Technician.
