Fund Accountant

Our client provides outsourced CFO and financial consulting services in the funds space and is seeking a Fund Accountant to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities :

• Maintain accurate books and records for investment funds including private equity venture capital and hedge funds.
• Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
• Perform daily monthly and quarterly reconciliations of cash positions and valuations.
• Assist with capital calls distributions and investor reporting.
• Support audit and tax processes by coordinating with external service providers.
• Collaborate with CFO consultants to deliver timely and accurate reporting to clients.
