Empower Strategies Consulting is hiring a Digital Media Buyer to spearhead dynamic digital ad campaigns across social platforms, streaming video, and connected TV, championing conservative values. This role is tailored for a data-driven professional with expertise in programmatic media buying, ready to take charge of strategic ad placements for clients advancing right-of-center political and advocacy initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deploy digital ad campaigns on platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, DSPs, and CTV networks.
• Oversee budget allocation, campaign pacing, and performance reporting.
• Analyze real-time data to optimize campaigns for maximum impact.
• Partner with creative strategists and client managers to ensure seamless integration of messaging and media.
• Contribute insights during client meetings to drive campaign success

• A strategic thinker with a passion for dissecting digital ad performance.
• An independent operator who thrives on managing complex campaigns from concept to completion.
• Comfortable navigating the fast-paced, high-pressure world of conservative political campaigns.
• Excited by client collaboration, rapid campaign cycles, and cross-team synergy.

• 4–5 years of direct experience in programmatic media buying, including hands-on use of ad platforms and DSPs.
• Demonstrated ability to optimize campaigns and manage budgets effectively.
• In-depth knowledge of digital advertising metrics and KPIs.
• Experience with conservative campaigns or PACs is a strong plus.
