Job Summary
We are seeking a CREDENTIALED Behavioral Therapist to join our team at B2B Behavioral Health! In this role, you will conduct assessments, facilitate group and individual therapies, and create individualized treatment plans. If you are a licensed and insurance-credentialed therapist who is passionate about making a difference in your community and the lives of your clients, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Perform intakes and assessments
• Create individualized treatment plans for each client
• Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan
• Perform regular wellness checks
• Adhere to all facility and licensing standards

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in counseling, social work, or similar field
• Current and unrestricted clinical social worker license
• Previous experience as a behavioral health therapist preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized
• Must be fully credentialed with major insurance providers (e.g., AHCCCS, BCBS, United, Aetna, etc.)
• Compassionate, dependable, ethical and driven to help others
